We’re also introducing an all new version of our popular I-Bar™ Cage for the MVP5 - it’s better than ever with a new stealth graphite finish. The game is being played harder and faster every year, and back swings are a serious threat to player safety. With the advent of “launch angle swing-paths” we’ve developed our proprietary BSP™ (Back Swing Protection™) technology. The advanced engineers in the All-Star® Test Lab have built a one-of-a-kind bat-swing rig to study the effect of dangerous back swings. Our next generation cage is designed to extend past the ear for protection against unintended impacts. The new shape also enhances the structural stability of the helmet while improving overall weight distribution and balance for a secure and comfortable fit.
Back for the MVP5 is a new and improved version of our classic Air-Mesh Padding. By coupling it with redesigned laser cut foam, we’ve enhanced breathability, comfort, and shock absorption.
