Perfection

Upgraded from an Intermediate Mizuno set to an adult All Star set. Leary at first in initial try on because bars seemed to block view. Tried it during a bullpen session and didn't even notice the initial perception of a blocked view. Feels very balanced on my head. Not heavy compared to others. Breathes really well and haven't experienced the forehead or chin irritation that I have gotten with other masks. Haven't taken any foul balls off the facemask yet to see what impact is like but it is only a matter of time. Originally Posted on All-StarSports.com

It's All-Star or Nothing

All-Star has exceeded all expectations once again. I trust nothing more for my son to wear than All-Star catcher's gear. It's All-Star or nothing. This new helmet is genuinely a massive upgrade from the previous editions. The fit, the view, the construction, and the safety are all built into this best-in-class helmet. My son says it's like he's wearing nothing at all. Lightweight and robust, it stays in place when receiving and throwing, and even a few foul balls feel like nothing. Well done, All-Star. 2023 MVP PRO CATCHER'S HELMET

We are 3-time All-Star Catcher gear series S7-Axis owners. When my son outgrew his junior helmet it was time to select another. Problem was that we have always been satisfied with All-Star but the new helmet was not going to be available before the end of 2022. Well, we placed our order in March of 2022 to make certain we would be some of the first to receive and we are glad we waited. This helmet is a complete revision of the old MVP system 7 helmet. It seems to have better overall padding and protection. The cage has also been completely redesigned. In my view, it also seems to be built stronger with better quality parts than the previous version. I would highly recommend it to any catcher looking to have the best protection money can buy.
